The Following Charges will apply to all Full-Service Events. This is when any Staff is added to an order off the Corporate Menu – Social Menu, or Custom Menus.
All our Servers and Bartenders are professionally trained. We carry all insurance required. Staff pricing is based on an Event time of no longer than 5 hours.

this is for all of the platters – roll top chaffing dishes and serving utensils.
20% Production Charge on all food, beverage and services
7.75% Sales Tax on the total bill
